We utilize modern Demag, Sandretto, Toshiba and Boy injection moulding machines ranging in capacity from 15 to 650 clamp tonnage. This range of clamp tonnage gives us wide versatility in part size and material choice.

Size Range <1 gram to 4.0 kgs.

Materials

A large range of engineering thermoplastic polymers such as

• polyesters

and various alloys of these materials, all with filled, high temperature, high strength and electroplating options.

Assembly

A self contained part and packaging assembly department provides a variety of post moulding operations including shrink and vacuum packaging.
