Turning Your Ideas Into Reality

Lamnei currently employs 2 full-time Design Engineers.

They will work with you at any stage of your project to ensure you get a functional, quality and cost effective product. You can even supply us with a solids model which we will base the tool drawings on.

With the use of the latest 3 Dimensional software they will create a computer model of your product. This enables an instant and accurate results in fit, form and function. These models can be rendered for use in presentations.

You will then be advised of your choices for materials, tooling and cost.

From these models CAD is used to create fully detailed product drawings for the customers approval.

Once the product is approved complete sets of tooling drawings are made for our Toolmakers to start work on your new tool.

Project: Hand Dryer

We are currently working on a Hand Dryer for use in washrooms. It incorporates an intelligent control board. It will deliver air When sensors are activated under the blower outlet. It can tell if a foreign object has been placed over the sensor, causing continuous operation on current models, and shut itself down. It also has thermal cut-outs and can sense irregularities in operation which may present a hazard.

The case has been designed in such a way that drinks or cigarettes can not be placed on the top of the unit. The unit is made from tough heat resistant plastic making it lightweight with out compromising on strength or aesthetics. You can hang it on most walls because of its lightness.

The Lamnei Hand Dryer gives you a cost effective alternative with the added security in operation that other models do not offer.
