Turning Your Ideas Into Reality: Part and Tool Design

Uniplas employs a full-time Design Engineer.

We will work with you at any stage of your project to ensure you get a functional, quality and cost effective product. You can even supply us with a solids model which we will base the tool drawings on.

With the use of the latest Solidworks™ 3D software we will create a computer model of your product. This enables instant and accurate checks of fit, form and function. These models can be rendered for use in presentations.
You will then be advised of your choices for materials, tooling and cost.
From these models CAD is used to create fully detailed product drawings for the customers approval.
Once the product is approved complete sets of tooling drawings are made for our toolmakers to start work on your new tool.
